Quinoa Lunch?

I cook my quinoa (keen-wah) in my rice cooker with a little extra water: today, red organic quinoa.


I like it in a warm salad, so, onions;


Chopped macadamias and pistachios;


Avocado, pumpkin seed oil, lime juice and some balsamic. Stir:)
