Pick up your complimentary bag of used coffee grinds from your local Starbucks to put in your garden or in your composter if you have one. Though we live in an apartment, I took a bag home to pour over the planter outside my door in the hopes that the stray cats stop pooing in it.

Since starbucks is the topic here, I recently found out that the starbucks in pavillion is charging an extra RM1-2 should its patrons wish to have mocha syrup(the thin splashes added on top of the drink) added to a java chip mocha frapp(my usual). When asked 'Why' the additional charge. 'Management says so' was the answer. I guess simple question does relate to simple answers.
aiii. it's like when restaurants charge their service charge AFTER they have subtotalled the govt charges. Cheating!
I suppose getting in the know is the only way to avoid these extras being paid. in this ay and age, i suppose there's not much excuse for not wanting to know...
